You and your colleague Laura Mays have a masterful command of both the big picture and the mosaic of details that guests experienced.  In your congenial drill sergeant way, you managed to keep me and the rest of our staff focused on completing the right tasks at the right time to keep the planning process moving.

[Your] network of relationships – with rental companies, sound and stage technicians, booking agents, and others – and your experience in negotiating with hotels and caterers was invaluable.  And your skillful (and invisible to the crowd) management of the evening itself was superb.
