Liberty Fund - Various 2010
Plan and implement three and four-day conferences and board meetings that take place at both the Conrad Indianapolis and the Liberty Fund offices.  Coordinate sleeping rooms, off-site dinner locations, on-site management, travel and ground transportation arrangements, and budget management.

Indy Resource Connect (IRC) - Various 2010
Provides low-income families and individuals who are in crisis with the resources they need to avoid becoming homeless by accessing or preserving housing and accessing the additional resources necessary to remain independent such as employment, public benefits, and case management. MBSA manages the Local Organizing Committee, overall logistics, and on site activities.

Hoosier Oncology Group 25th Anniversary Celebration - April 10, 2010
Event coordinator for celebratory event honoring founders of statewide cancer research organization. Responsibilities include organizing committee management, program development, audio-visual, food and beverage, logistics, etc.

Ice Miller Centennial Celebration - April 10, 2010 
Event coordinator for the 100 year anniversary of Ice Miller LLP.  Responsibilities include celebration committee management, logistics, program development, selecting decor, food and beverage, etc.

International Citizen of the Year - April 22, 2010
Event coordinator for dinner for International Center of Indianapolis. Responsibilities include program development, food and beverage, decor, operations, and production.

St. Vincent Health, Peyton Manning Children's Hospital, "Celebration of Caring" - May 21, 2010
Event coordinator for the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital "Celebration of Caring" event.  Responsibilities include administration, logistics, volunteer training, production and on-site management.  Honorary Chairpersons are Peyton and Ashley Manning.

National Electrical Training Directors Association - June 2010
Coordinator of guest tour programs as well as opening party at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and closing event.

Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership - June 18, 2010
Overseeing production for INHP annual breakfast with keynote speaker and 500 guests.  Responsibilities inculde date and venue selection, hotel liaison, and on-site management.

Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis Prize - September 2010
Event coordinator for the Indianapolis Prize, a prestigious award given every other year to an  individual in recognition of significant strides in animal conservation efforts.  Responsibilities include refinement of event concepts, management of the local organizing committee, and implementation of the event.

National FFA Convention - October, 2010
Event coordinator for the National FFA Convention with over 55,000 attendees.  Responsibilities include management of local organizing committee with 20 sub-committees, development of fundraising strategies, volunteer recruitment and training, and oversight of all host committee obligations.
