Liberty Fund – Various 2012
Plan and implement three and four-day conferences and board meetings that take place at both the Conrad Indianapolis and the Liberty Fund offices. Coordinate sleeping rooms, off-site dinner locations, on-site management, travel and ground transportation arrangements, and budget management.

Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership – July 26, 2012
Oversee production for INHP annual breakfast with keynote speaker and 500 guests. Responsibilities include date and venue selection, hotel liaison, onsite management, coordination of registration, sponsor recognition, program/video components, and table sales.

Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix – August 17-18, 2012
Event coordinators for Motorcycles on Meridian and two promotional events that occur the week prior to the Red Bull Indianapolis GP, including the Downtown Business Gathering and Media Event. Our responsibilities include managing the Local Organizing Committee, coordinating the motorcycle route and parking logistics, overseeing the city application process, and event execution.

Ivy Tech – Various 2012
Provide administrative and event planning support to Ivy Tech College and Foundation professionals to coordinate board meetings, foundation initiatives, destination events and awards dinners. Responsibilities include venue selection, contract negotiating, event planning and logistics, housing and travel coordination, golf outing management, collateral material creation, budget development and onsite execution.

Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis Prize – September 29, 2012
Event coordinator for the Indianapolis Prize, a prestigious award given every other year to an individual in recognition of significant strides in animal conservation efforts. Responsibilities include refinement of event concepts, management of the local organizing committee and implementation of the event.

St. Vincent Foundation/Saks Fifth Avenue, Key to the Cure – October 12, 2012
Event coordinator for national event hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue to benefit charities and raise money for women’s cancer research. Money raised at the event will benefit the St. Vincent Cancer Research Fund for women. The 2007 event raised more revenue than any other Saks Fifth Avenue Key to the Cure event in the United States.

National FFA Convention – October 23-27, 2012
Event coordinator for the National FFA Convention with over 55,000 attendees. Responsibilities include management of local organizing committee with 20 sub-committees, development of fundraising strategies, volunteer recruitment and training, and oversight of all host committee obligations.

Girl Scouts of Central Indiana – November 13, 2012
Manage and lead a talented team of community volunteers towards continued excellence at their annual leadership luncheon. Responsibilities include event and theme development, community outreach, volunteer management, logistics, operations and overall program development. The honorary chairwoman is Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman.

Spirit & Place Festival – November 2012
Serve as consultant to develop strategic plan for 17-day festival that engages the arts, humanities, and religion in collaborative action to promote civic engagement, respect for diversity, thoughtful reflection, public imagination, and enduring change in the communities where we live. Goals include elevating the event within the community and expanding its constituency including both partners and volunteers.

Vectren Corporation – November 2012
Plan and implement annual Board of Directors meetings at local and national destinations. Responsibilities include site selection, on-site management, sleeping room arrangements, travel and ground arrangements, meeting space set-up, and budget management.
